A Destination Wedding can mean many things but for Sarah and Mike it meant making sure their venue provided a safe, fun, and out of this world experience. Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos made their wedding and vacation memorable for every single person who attended.

After attending many weddings in the cold Chicago winter, the couple knew a destination wedding would provide an opportunity for their loved ones to enjoy a vacation and celebrate their marriage. They were drawn to Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos with its modern vibes, bright colors and the rooftop view from the Los Gallos Terrace where they pictured their friends and family enjoying themselves.

To keep things simple, Sarah and Mike chose the complimentary collection for their ceremony, only adding a floral arrangement to the altar. For the reception, they chose the Free Spirit Collection with rectangular wood tables and desert chic decor. They were happy to have their WOW specialists take care of every detail while they spent time with their loved ones enjoying the amenities at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos.

Wedding guests enjoyed the livelihood of the various pools at the resort where they rented cabanas to recoup and relax from the sun. Mike and his groomsmen especially enjoyed the hydrotherapy the morning of the wedding. 

Sarah and Mike smiled, laughed, and danced throughout the day and are looking forward to reliving those memories with an anniversary visit.

Saharah and Tori knew that their big day had to include a beautiful destination, warm weather and more importantly be stress free. Despite having chosen the complimentary collection, Saharah and Tori were able to add their own twist on the decor by incorporating their own drapery and special touches brought from home.

Throughout the planning process, Saharah and Tori were able to work with a U.S. based wedding planner up until their travel date. Once at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, they worked closely with Valeria and her team to make sure every last detail was taken care of as they prepared to say ‘I Do’ alongside 35 of their closest friends and family. 

During their time at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos the group had no time to spare as they enjoyed endless fun bowling at Moonlight Lounge, finding their zen at the Rock Spa, indulging in epic eats at Zen and Toro, and more importantly the free flowing drinks by the pool. The 24hr in-room dining and their suite with a private pool were also quite the crowd pleasers.

No wedding is complete without music, and for Saharah and Tori this was their way of bringing their Atlanta and New Orleans cultures together. They both created a playlist for their reception that incorporated their hometowns seamlessly as they danced the night away, while the breathtaking Cabo sunset framed their big day.

Soon after their engagement, Mary and Jack started to plan their dream wedding! They knew that they wanted to host a low-stress, budget-friendly, and intimate wedding for their closest family and friends. Once they heard about the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and saw pictures their decision had been made. An easy one at that.

All 60 of their guests reminisce frequently about their experience and rave about the food, friendless of the staff, and comfort of all of the offered accommodations. Someone once said, “The best things in life are the people you love, the places you’ve seen, and the memories you’ve made along the way.” Samantha and Howard never imagined having a traditional wedding because their entire relationship was built around traveling, adventure and exploring new places together. They also didn’t want the best day of their lives to fly by in a few hours, they wanted to celebrate every single moment with their families and friends in paradise for an entire week. And that’s just how their next adventure began.

Surrounded by 52 of their closest friends and family members, Samantha and Howard exchanged their vows at the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta. They selected the Driftwood Romance collection as décor for their ceremony. This included beautiful white draping, wild flowers, greenery, driftwood accents to compliment the beautiful and serene ocean backdrop.

Before the ceremony, Samantha did a first look at the wedding gazebo with her father and husband which she recalls was the one of the most magical moments.  The gazebo overlooks the ocean but is also surrounded by mountains.  After a hug and fatherly pep talk, a few of Samantha’s friends walked her husband into the gazebo where they first saw each other that day. They popped a bottle of bubbly and shared their personal vows with one another.

Throughout the week, Samantha and Howard rented private cabanas for their guests to enjoy, which was one of the highlights of the week! The cabana’s allowed for the group to relax, snack, drink, play games and make the most memories together. This served as a home base for their guests to all be with the couple. Most nights the group had sunset dinners on the beach, their days were filled with adventures such as an ATV trip. Of course, some even indulged in self-care at the Rock Spa®.

Samantha and Howard loved their Rockstar personal assistant. They made everything go as smoothly as possible such as reserving the pool chairs, making dinner reservations, delivering bottles of champagne and snacks, picking up wedding dresses. The couple also loves working with their WOW specialist, Sara, who made their wedding dreams come true. Sara took all of the stress out of wedding planning and helped Samantha and Howard to really focus on building a wedding experience that they will remember forever. The staff, guests and community at the resort made Samantha and Howard feel like celebrities.

Once engaged, Dorian and Darryl knew that they wanted to have a destination wedding, so they could provide their closest family and friends with the opportunity of a vacation getaway. They had 88 guests travel from Ohio, California, Maryland, New York, Florida, and Tennessee to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana to be a part of their wedding. Dorian and Darryl loved the wedding collections that were offered but decided to go with the Seaside Shimmer White collection because it was the perfect match to their wedding palette of silver, sage, and blush. For their ceremony on the beach, they kissed and promised forever surrounded by their loved ones, the sounds of the waves, and a beautiful crystal altar.

Throughout the week their guests took advantage of the Sling Shot, city tours, spending long nights in the casino, and relaxing in the Sun and Moon lounges. Dorian and Darryl also loved the spa and the variety of restaurants available on property.

Their wedding day was filled with love! They gushed over the extraordinary job their onsite wedding coordinator did throughout their stay. Dorian states that Yuleisi helped her to refine details, communicate with guests and make the entire weekend stress free.

They reminisce about their wedding experience very often and recall the calmness of the beach, the violin player playing their favorite songs, and the décor that made their day picture perfect. Dorian and Darryl also gush over their elegant reception that was laid back but filled with delicious food! They created a wedding experience that was the perfect representation of them – all-inclusive, memorable, and fun.
