Applies to new weddings booked between now through August 15, 2020 traveling between now through December 20, 2020. 3 night minimum stay is required for each reservation. If couple does not reach the 60 room night minimum once rooming list is received, the promotion will be removed. In order to apply, all reservations must be booked through the same booking source. Any guests booked through external sources are subject to a $25 fee to attend any wedding events. The couple can pass the room upgrade included with Wedding Group Amenities to another reservation in the group and must advise the booking source of the reservation. Upgrades will only apply to reservations booked in an Caribbean Suite, Caribbean Sand Suite, Islander Junior Suite or Caribbean Diamond. If the couple books a One Bedroom Signature Presidential Suite with Personal Assistant or higher the upgrade is forfeited. Complimentary cocktail event includes hors d’oeuvres, open bar and standard hotel set up (cocktail tables, white linens and white folding chairs). Complimentary cocktail event does not include lighting, decor, flowers or entertainment. The additional complimentary event hour is up to 11pm. All outdoor events must end by 10:30pm. US Residents: A group contract is required in order for promotion to apply and must be requested from booking source. First come, first serve basis and subject to availability at the time of signing the group contract. CA Residents: Room upgrade is subject to availability at the time of submitting the rooming list.
